Creative leadership across pixels, platforms, and people

I am a multidisciplinary design leader with over two decades of experience shaping brands, crafting digital products, and creating stories that connect with people in meaningful ways.
Originally from Ukraine, I began my career while studying computer science, quickly finding my passion in visual storytelling and experience design. From early days in boutique studios to leadership roles at top global agencies, I’ve built a career around the belief that creativity, when paired with empathy and strategy, can drive real business and cultural impact.
Throughout my journey, I’ve led creative teams across Europe and North America, developing brand experiences for clients such as Sanofi Aventis, Carlsberg Group, Procter & Gamble, Allianz, McDonald’s, and others.
While at Geometry Global, I served as Executive Creative Director for Ukraine and the CIS region, helping the team win the most prestigious international awards in digital and interactive categories, making them the Most Awarded Network Agency in the country.
Since relocating to the United States in 2017, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients across industries, including American Express, Walmart, Delta Airlines, GSK, Accenture, Zevia, Whirlpool, Anheuser-Busch, and many more.

At FCB Chicago, I led design transformation for high-end Anheuser-Busch brands. At Digitas North America, I served as VP, Design Director, driving experience design for Walmart and American Express, including immersive VR learning tools and design systems that significantly boosted customer engagement.
My work has been recognized across major international awards programs, including the Webby Awards, D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, The One Show, London International Awards, Eurobest, and ADCE, among others. I take pride not only in the results we’ve achieved, but also in the talented teams I’ve mentored and helped grow along the way.
In 2004, I earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine. To deepen my focus on the intersection of technology and design, I recently completed a certification in Human-Computer Interaction through MIT CSAIL and graduated from the User-Centered Design program at Parsons School of Design. This multidisciplinary foundation strengthens my ability to create intuitive, people-first digital experiences.
Beyond client work, I’m passionate about contributing to the creative community. I’ve served as a juror for international festivals such as Clio Awards, ADC*Europe, Golden Drum, and Cristal Festival, and I regularly teach and mentor emerging creatives at institutions including Kyiv Academy of Media Arts and Chapman University in California.
Currently based in Chicago, I find daily inspiration in Lake Michigan, the Chicago Botanic Garden, and the brilliant people I get to collaborate with. I’m always open to new challenges, leadership opportunities, partnerships, and conversations that push creativity further.
